Dr. Khan was an amazing doctor. I had numbness/tingling radiating all the way to my hand from my neck. I did one epidural with Dr. Khan and saw Josh for PT, who preformed dry needling which completely helped. 10/10 recommend for back or neck pain!

Dr. Hakim and the intake tech were wonderful. I left feeling like I had a great plan in place and a supportive team to help. I’m never one to review typically however, the X-ray technician was not as kind as one would expect from a healthcare facility. I unfortunately and regrettably could not take off some items of jewelry for the x-rays needed. I completely understand this frustration as this is what I do every shift I personally work, 12 hours a shift, four days a week as an EMT/Xray tech. I am fully aware that there could be a possibility to not catch something due to anatomy being covered. However, there’s no need to argue and look down upon me just because I can’t take something off, making it a huge inconvenience for himself. There is compassion and understanding in this job that I feel was not fully exhibited. I would either way, recommend SpineOne to anyone as it and its employees seem to care and want to help achieve a solution.

All went well, and my answers were promptly provided to my questions. I understood the replies. Very impressed with the MRI explanation. I have many medical conditions requiring an abundance of doctors to monitor and watch over me, and Tara was one of the easiest to talk to. Thank her for her professionalism. Also, the receptionist was smiles and very helpful. And last, but definitely not least the nurse that patiently listen to my problems, reaches the highest level compliments for making me comfortable. Everyone at Spine One has been wonderful to work with!!! Deb and check in staff answered extra questions and greeted us with an empathetic smiles. Sierra and Morgan took extra steps to move us along for efficient care. We have seen several PA's and they have all been excellent. The scheduling staff gals were also a pleasure to work with and very accommodating to get us sceduled for MRI and procedures fast. Dr Kahn and the outpatient staff was also efficient and effective. Most of all Spine One got us in to be seen in one day while the competitors did not even return our phone messages for days and after the severe pain was minimized. THANK YOU. Worth it for both me (out of pocket cost) and my husband. (Medicare)

Staff is very nice and friendly. However, I scheduled an MRI due to severe back pain and to get said MRI, I’m having to schedule two other appointments just to get what I asked for in the first place. It’s making me take time off of work.

The entire office was great, from the ladies at the front desk, to the nurse, then doctor.Everyone made my visit easy. Once I got back to the room my concerns were the priority. They listened to everything I had to say, and didn’t dismiss anything I had to say. Even though it was a little of a drive for me I’d definitely come back
