Most relevant
I booked a therapy appointment for my teenage daughter, and she enjoyed the session greatly. She commented on a combination of professionalism, empathy, and structure that really worked for her and she is looking forward to contiuning sessions. As a parent, I found her to be polished and professional as well, and felt very comfortable with the operating model she described and the discussions pre/pos-session.
