When I arrived for my appointment this afternoon, the office building was locked. I called the office only to get the answering service, who took my information but was unable to get in touch with anyone. He said he had to leave a message and someone would call me back. That never happened either. So now I am stuck still sick heading into the weekend with no ENT appointment. Very frustrating!!
