From the time I entered the office,and greeted the clerk she answered with a smile and help me right away, the lady who called to verify my insurance omg, she was GREAT, very helpful in every way, the doctor listens very carefully with my concerns. I will recommend this place to anyone I talk to about medical issues. I mistakenly I booked this doctor thinking that I was he was an Obgyn doctor. But I was very happy I made that mistake.

Doctor and receptionist was super kind and understanding. They did say they would call me with a referral, I need to call back to get it. Wait time really wasn’t bad less than 20 minutes. The doctor seemed very deliberate, attentive, and focused. He documented my concerns and pointed me in the right direction with my needs. I went here after a bad experience somewhere else and he did not rerun any tests. Great primary!

Cannot comment on the quality of care or the doctor himself, but the appointment was canceled (while frustrating, this happens and I get it) but the office staff did not reach out and was impolite when I arrived on time for my appointment, saying they were too busy to contact patients and let them know of the cancellation. There were three office staff sitting at the desk when I arrived.

I had a very nice experience at doctor Karry's office. The staff was super friendly and the doctor was very nice. He asked a lot of questions and listened to every word I said. The office could use some cleaning, especially the carpets. Other than that, I had a great experience.

The receptionist (unclear of her role exactly) but she was very nice. However, my overall experience would be 1.2/5 stars. No one seemed to know what my appointment was for, which is alarming, too many people in and out of the room with wrong information. Overall, horrible experience as a patient and I wouldn’t recommend. 1-2 hr plus waiting times and staff was unaware of the types of appointments that are being booked. I do appreciate being able to book this appointment the night before to get my issue taken care of, but does not compensate for time wasted.

Dr. Karry is a great doctor as he heard me out and made sure he looked deeper into WHY my blood tests look the way they do. Many providers fail to look deeper into the root cause but Dr. Karry really focuses on understanding why everything is the way it is. He takes his times to listen to your concerns and opinions which allowed me to feel safe and unjudged by him. He works with you to develop a health care plan you're happy with. The only downside was the long wait-time. My appt was for 12:30pm, however, I was seen 2pm.

I'm a brand new patient, but everything from booking the appointment to check-in, being seen by the doctor, labs, and check out, everything went smoothly, everyone was so kind and friendly. I chose Dr. Karry's office because of his accommodating hours, and also offers telehealth visits, I didn't expect everything else to run so efficiently. I am 100% happy with my visit and looking forward to future visits.

Dr was ok… Office is a mess… Too long a wait… Original appt was for 11, then they asked to change to 1:30, agreed, then asked to change to 1:00, agreed. Got there at 1:00 but want let in till 2:00, then another 15 to see Dr… Too long a wait !!
