This was a virtual visit and she never showed up I called the office 4 times one person said she was with another client when I called back another three times I was told wait she will send a link a link was never sent

Had an appointment booked and was never sent a link, called the office and they said I had the wrong day even though I was staring at my zocdoc screen with the correct date and time and with the blue box stating that the provider will sent me a link to enter the call.
