Most relevant

I was very frustrated and considered it a waste of my time. First of all, I was very specific with my search parameters. Specialist. Insurance, within network. And reason for visit, with specifications. It took me nearly 45 minutes to fill out the demographics and questionnaire. When I checked in for my appointment, I waited 40 minutes. He listened to me for less then 4 minutes. Then proceeded to tell me he doesn't specialize in that field AT ALL! He couldn't help me, then goodbye! I certainly hope he doesn't bill my insurance! I put all of the time and effort into this appointment. He only offered a polite nod and a dismissive tone. I hope others don't leave him feeling as frustrated and as hopeless as I currently do.
