Dr Fusilli explained everything very well. And he let me know what the next steps are. But when I arrived, the front office said they didn’t even know they had zoc doc. She could see where my appointment was made but she could not retrieve my paperwork. So I had to re-fill out papers. Didn’t take long

Mandatory mask required, which seems out of step with current practices. I would have appreciated a heads up instead of feeling like a child being scolded for not wearing a mask. However the provider was lovely, thoughtful and the reason why I will go back
