I filled out the online forms and upon arrival had to fill out similar forms and more forms again before being seen. The front desk staff was friendly but not the doctors assistants. They didn’t have a warm demeanor. The doctor also wasn’t that friendly. Probably wouldn’t go back.

The doctor make sure you understand everything that’s happening, using accessible language and great bedside manner. I leave feeling cared for, heard and knowledgeable about next steps.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with this gynecologist. I waited 3 months for my appointment, only to be told bluntly that despite having good test results, I am “infertile” and should go straight to IVF. No ultrasound was performed and the doctor didn’t even ask about my husband’s tests.
The way this was communicated was extremely insensitive and unprofessional. I left the appointment in tears. Later, I consulted another doctor at a different clinic who reviewed my situation and reassured me that everything looks normal and that I can try to conceive naturally.
This was an awful experience and I would not recommend this doctor to anyone seeking compassionate and thorough care.

The dr was nice. It was my first time there and the dr just came into the room and didn’t introduce herself. Just went right into examine me. She was sweet though. She wasn’t explanatory on some things. I would go back to her.
