Dr. Rodell is one of the most amazing doctors I have ever seen out of the 28 years I’ve been seeing a physiatrist he’s always understanding he is always there for you. He’s very accommodating when things happen that shouldn’t. The office is amazing and he will work with you in any kind of way. I will give him a 10 if I could. And he also takes his time no matter how long it might take.

The reason I was seeing the provider was because I needed a Behavioral Psych Eval which was required for approval for an upcoming back surgery. I explained at my apt that I needed the completed evaluation sent to my surgeons office as soon as possible. I saw Frank on a Friday and he said that he would have the Eval sent out by EOB the following Tuesday. That following Wednesday when it was not sent out yet I emailed Frank and was sent a release form to sign and return with a note saying that it would sent out that day. Unfortunately it was not sent out that day either. I emailed Frank several times over the next several days but never heard back. The following Monday after several more emails and several VMs to the office I finally got a text from the office manger asking what’s up. Several hours later (EOB Monday) I got a text simply stating that “it has been sent”. No explanation or apology for the delay. As a result of the delay my surgery had to be postponed 5 weeks.
