Stability Mental Health
We are a team of board-certified mental health providers and professionals who provide quality mental health care in a 100% Telehealth setting. We are licensed in OR, WA, ID, FL and NV. If you do not reside in one of the states we are licensed in, we will not be able to see you for a tele-health visit.
We are holistically focused and will discuss nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle choices because physical health and mental health are synergistic.
If services are not covered by insurance for any reason, the client will be solely responsible for the entire fee of the session(s).
You must currently reside in OR, WA, ID, FL and NV to be seen.
We do have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance there will be no fee and your deposit will transfer to your next visit. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment inside that window, there is a $100 cancellation fee.
We do require a $50 booking fee for all new patients.
Additional fees not otherwise covered by insurance;
Online ADD/ADHD testing (CAARS-2) - $500
Mental Health Expert Witness -$500/hour
Professional letter writing (including but not limited to; FMLA, MSE, Consultation) -$150
(For any type of leave forms, we do require 90 days of care with us)
ESA Evaluation and Letter - $150
ESA/PSD evaluation and letter -$475

I was concerned about the number of medications I was taking over the past year, to help me cope with a concussion, custodial care of my mother and her death. My primary care doctor is not a specialist and I sought guidance from ZOC DOC for an NP in psychiatric care. Courtney listened, sorted through a lot of information and helped me get off one med and streamlined how to take the other meds.
