I use zoom for video sessions and do offer phone counseling for those nervous to see a face:) I have been in private practice for over 12 years and love my profession. I view everyone as equals to me trying to live a healthier, happier and more balanced life. I am here to be your biggest fan while also being honest with you in the areas that are holding you back, not serving you or in your relationships. I use humor and candor often and do not want you to feel nervous when seeing me and that's my most common feedback after the first sessions. That it wasn't as scary or hard as they thought it was going to be!
