I work collaboratively with my clients, both children and adults, to remediate a variety of psychological complaints, including anxiety, depression, trauma, high school and college adjustment issues, relationship issues, and ADDH, using evidenced-based cognitive-behavior and behavior-therapy techniques. I provide my clients with therapy devised to meet their own psychological needs in a warm, nurturing, and non-judgmental environment, enabling them to overcome obstacles and conquer both recent and longstanding psychological challenges.
Thus, when working with you, we will collaboratively devise a treatment plan that is uniquely tailored to fit your individual emotional needs and goals, rather than relying on a “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy.
