Stafford Counseling and Consulting, LLC
Stafford Counseling & Consulting provides culturally responsive, trauma-informed virtual therapy for women in executive leadership who feel pressured to perform, remain composed, and carry the needs of those around them. We create space to address anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and emotional exhaustion while helping clients protect their well-being, reconnect with themselves, and lead without sacrificing their humanity.
Our philosophy is that being capable does not erase the need for care. We take a warm, collaborative approach that considers each client’s identity, values, relationships, and the environments in which they live and lead. Therapy is tailored to the individual, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and IFS-informed approaches. Faith integration is available when desired.
Our work combines reflection with practical tools for managing stress, setting boundaries, communicating needs, and developing a healthier relationship with achievement. We provide virtual services in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio.
