This was my first psych appointment and Monique made it very easy. She was clear about her methodology (she asks questions the first session to really get a good understanding of where you’re at). Since the first appointment, I’ve had a few more and they are always very smooth.
Monique has a very comforting presence - I never feel nervous for our sessions. Her kindness and understanding is wonderful. She’s been very communicative and makes it clear that she can always be reached, which is going above and beyond what I expected.

Monique was on time, engaged, very knowledgeable, and helped me to come up with a good plan for my adhd. I was with my last provider for five years and I feel like I can have the same tenure with her.
