Overall I had a good appointment with Dr Ruby— she is an associate at the practice and while it was a surprise that I didn’t see the dentist I made an appointment with, I had a good experience.
The office was dealing with internet issues while I was there, unfortunately causing a 2 hour wait. I’m not sure how often that happens but makes me uncomfortable about booking appointments mid-week in the future to balance with work. (I booked on a Friday.)
