The min I got there I was welcomed by staff behind desk they assisted me with check in didn't rush me and was very very patient with me and baby she was fussy and hungry. They helped with stroller and provided baby with diapers and wipes as I forgot my own rushing out the house! Overall my experience was so wonderful I'm choosing them as baby Aryana's pediatrician will definitely recommend 10/10 stars for me
