I was honestly really skeptical about seeing a new provider, especially one that didn’t come from a personal recommendation. But I decided to book with Nurse Practitioner Maryann Bates based on her reviews, and I’m so glad I did.
I came in not really wanting to seek medical advice, but she made me feel so welcomed right from the start. She has incredible bedside manner and made it easy to open up. You can tell she really listens, she takes the time to understand you as a whole person instead of jumping straight to conclusions.
It didn’t feel rushed or impersonal like some appointments can. I felt genuinely cared for. I would absolutely come back to her, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Bates!
