I think Dr. Franklin is very thorough and a great listener. I told him I just lost my mom and he was very sympathetic and ready to help me medicinally wanted to make sure I was ok emotional wise. Now that I have back my previous insurance I will fully transfer back to this office...

The doctor was not thorough; I felt like I was treated like a in-and-out patient. Swipe my card and next. The doctor made a comment - “from the look of you, it seems like everything is fine and I can tell you are health”. Honestly this is not okay.

This visit was my first physical in several years and I wasn't shamed or lectured. I was told several times they were happy I was there and even concerns that previous doctors had seen but never did anything about, Dr. Elmore addressed. online and when i called they said that they took my child’s insurance but once I Uber there they said that they didn’t take it and that i would have to pay out if pocket. I barely have money as it is because I just moved out here and I’m trying to understand why would they say they take it but once i get there they don’t take it anymore.

Been seeing her for about a year and am completely satisfied with the treatment I have received from her and her staff. This office is on the second floor of a small building in Las Colinas. There was plenty of parking and even as a new patient not much paperwork or much of a wait at all. I saw the doctor right away and she was easy to talk to. All the staff I encountered were patient in explaining things to me, I didn't feel like I was rushed. Definitely glad I took a chance with this app and found my new doctor.

As an overweight person, providers have always dismissed my feedback, refused to dig any deeper, and told me to work harder on my diet and exercise. For the first time in years, I feel seen and heard by my physician thanks to Dr. Elmore. She actually took the time to discuss my medical history, review my current symptoms, and not only educate me on what was going on but offer to run more tests and begin treatment. Visiting her office was a breeze as well, and there was no wait time for my appointment. I have great confidence in Dr. Elmore and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality, compassionate care.
