This facility and these two therapists are 100% wizards. They understand exactly what you’re going through and know exactly how yo make you better. Their knowledge of the human body is eye opening. I am doing PT with Sally and OT with Jeffrey.

I went to the Columbus Circle location after a running injury and it helped a ton - Erica is amazing!

Erica is doing a great job with my knee pain. I am already feeling better. She clearly has excellent knowledge and ability as a PT. If I need PT again in the future, I would be happy to see her again!

I was treated by Erica for a lower back and hip injury. She is an incredible physical therapist who, after a few months, helped me to regain my strength and confidence. As I began to feel better physically, I started to feel better in other areas of my life. I can’t recommend her enough. The facility was also very welcoming and all of the assistant physical therapists were very helpful.

I've been treated for several conditions including shoulders and spine. I've been seen by Sunny and by Erica and both have been great. The exercises gave me a lot of relief and most were easy to do at home. They're both easy to talk to and explain things fully. I definitely recommend both of them.

Having been to three different PT locations, this one was by far the best. Spacious and clean, always promptly attended to with kindness, the whole team at this location works together to making healing a joy. This was a transformative event that I looked forward to every week, and am so glad to be doing better because of it! I was additionally thankful for the custom tailored exercises that were emailed to me with video references to follow during the week. Thanks team 92 !

I initially sought treatment at this facility for a shoulder condition, followed by a cervical issue, and I couldn't have asked for a better therapist than Ohi. His attentiveness is truly commendable, and he customized every aspect of my therapy to support my healing journey. He is extremely knowledgeable and consistently explains the rationale behind each exercise, clearly connecting treatment to functional, real-life movement and recovery goals. He communicates expectations thoughtfully, shares his clinical reasoning in an easy-to-understand way, and checks in throughout each session to ensure patients are comfortable and responding well to treatment. Joe creates a welcoming, supportive atmosphere, and the clinic environment is conducive to focused, effective rehabilitation regardless of the situation.

My experience with the E87th branch of StarPro Physical Therapy was excellent. I had been a patient when it was still Professional Physical Therapy in 2023 and was really pleased to see that the same staff were still working at StarPro, including Aleksia and Erik. It was great to work with the same set of people again this time, after my second hip replacement. Aleksia, Erik, and Jeff are fantastic: professional, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. They took the time to explain what was happening and made me feel as though I had ownership over my recovery. I really can't say enough good things about StarPro - and especially Aleksia, Erik, and Jeff. Hopefully they’ll still be there in 15-20 years, after I wear out these implants and need new ones.

After dealing with a back injury for years and having a terrible experience at a different physical therapy place, I went to see Aleksia at StarPro's E87th location and could not have been more thankful for her hard work and expertise! I could barely walk without pain before meeting with Aleksia. Within weeks, the program she installed helped ease the stabbing pain and I could finally go longer stints feeling much better. I cannot recommend Aleksia & her team enough! Even if things got crowded, her and the team always made sure you were accounted for and watched over. This is the best PT experience I've had in NYC and I'll be returning to see Aleksia for any future PT needs (fingers crossed there's none!)

I am being treated for lower back and leg pain. When I started in November it was very difficult to either sit or stand for too long. Now I am ready to move on. Working with Deborah has been a lifesaver for my ailments. My favorite part of coming to Therapy is how friendly and professional the staff is here. This is my second time here and if need be, I would come back. ¡Love this place!
