Chriss Mulumba is an excellent doctor. He truly listens and shows genuine care for my thoughts and needs. This was my first time seeing a psychiatrist, and I was very nervous, worried about being judged, misunderstood, or even having issues with my insurance. However, Mr. Mulumba completely changed that experience for me. He showed me that seeking help isn’t as scary as it may seem, and that support is always out there.

I would not recommend this doc . IV been on medication all my adult life that when I am under care with a doc and the meds that IV taken all the time worked . This doc stereotypes , makes the meds a bad thing and honestly looks at you as a drug addict for seeking these meds ...meds that do work and are prescribed ..but he refused ,not knowing anything about me . I have a long record of being prescribed these meds patient for..he didn't see even try to look up or negotiate and meds whatsoever ..very bad experience .

I am a talker and Dr. M listened to me very carefully. He took notes and explained very clearly what he would like our outcome to consist of. I was very frustrated due to me booking an appointment and being rescheduled 3 times by another provider. I was very unsure how this appointment would go. I was extremely satisfied.

I absolutely love this Dr he listened when I recommended a meds he wanted to try something different bc I'm already taking something that's supposed to be a blood pressure meds but it's for something else and one of the meds would maybe lower it so that why. I understand he's looking out for me he's absolutely amazing so far I love my new Dr. I think I found the right one finally. I appreciate all drs but I really appreciate the ones that take time to hear me and he did so thank u for that!

She was a very kind practitioner but was "of her element' due to THIS website NOT paying attention to "why" i signed up for the visit. Seriously..I am retired from the Medical Field and I have to just "shake my head" at today's atmosphere in medicine. I filled out all the forms explaining exactly why I needed an appointment with a Psychiatrist. I didnt see one with an opening soon but I chide Dr Mulumba because this site said she could help me with the issues I spoke about on the medical forms. I actually knew that it made no sense to see a GP but eh..my Insurance pays. So she is at NO fault for this, but "whoever" runs this website needs to understand how medicine works! DON'T SEND "CUSTOMERS!"(Yes..you and doctors work for us. We pay you) to doctors to spend 2 days signing up to see practitioners who can't fulfill the patient/provider contract. Go back and learn how medicine works and do the right thing! Thank you Dr Mulumba for "kindly" telling me that "Zodoc" wasted my time.

I was able to clearly express my concerns, and they took the time to listen without rushing me or dismissing anything. I felt seen, which is important to me. We discussed next steps and a follow-up plan, and I’m looking forward to continuing care and seeing how things progress.

Easy to find the doctor that accepted my insurance, to read patient reviews and to decide that is the person I wanted to see. The process of paperwork completion and setting up the televisit was very easy and seamless. The visit was wonderful, the doctor was timely, a wonderful communicator and listener, I didn't feel rushed and I felt heard (that is super important to me). I will be continuing services with her and I look forward to formally meeting her in-person!

My experience was awesome. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The facility is very very clean and well kept. The office is brand new ! Dr. Mulumba was very attentive and listened to everything I expressed to her. She explained everything to me clearly and was very patient. I got tired during the visit and I was even offered a pillow so I could lay down lol. My visit was very very pleasant
