From the front desk staff to all of the staff in the back, every member of the team here goes above and beyond to help make this a great experience. The front desk did everything they could to accommodate my work schedule and were so understanding when I had to reschedule. The providers are kind and compassionate and make coming here way easier (no one really wants to go to pt!) Joe and Francisco were my primary providers and boy was I lucky!!! I came here hunched over in pain and I’m leaving a new person! Thank you the Babylon Stars staff!

The office staff were exceptionally helpful and patient as I rescheduled my initial visit, and they answered all of my many questions with kindness and efficiency. My PT Bridget was superb. She thoroughly investigated my issue and got straight to work on recommending a series of exercises and scheduling my future appointments. She listened extraordinarily well and I felt truly cared for. I look forward to continuing my path of healing at STARS East Meadow Ice Arena. The facility is outstanding, clean, quiet, and well-equipped. And oddly...there's hockey. Lots. Of. Hockey.
