My provider was phenomenal at listening to my thoughts, life experiences, and trauma in a judgement free zone. Not only did she listen....she let me delve into topics that I went on tangents on and did not interrupt me or wait for her turn to speak. She let me process my trauma in my own way and I can't wait to start art therapy with her because I feel It will help me to express myself further and continue my healing and journey through recovery. Thanks Danielle! I couldn't be more excited for a therapy session...especially after being out of therapy for a while.
