I was not talk it would be a phone meeting. I waited for over an hour outside of the clinic. I did not appreciate the long wait. But as soon as the Doctor saw me, I was very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. Thank you, Doctor.

I was greeted by the other doctor in the practice, Dr. Dhithya . Super professional and knowledgeable. Asked many pertinent question to what was going on with me as well as my past. Even asked if I wanted to do blood work, since I hadn't had any in a while. Felt safe and taken care of .

Other than the waiting time which is +always+a factor, average wait runs 30 minutes to an hour. The doctors, staff, professional services and care are all very good. But unless you have the first appt of the day you will be waiting. Also even having the first appt is not a for sure no waiting for an on time appt without waiting because they seem to set appts for about a half hour before the drs arrive. On the upside of this is the excellent care you will receive.
