The wait time wasn’t long but the staff weren’t welcoming at all. This also includes the doctor. When you’re in the medical field & dealing with people who needs help the least you can do is be kind & welcoming. The doctor and the assistant seemed annoyed. Very poor mannerisms and bad experience for me. Sorry

I felt that my condition was treated with the urgency I felt it needed, as this was not my primary care doctor, and I made my appointment the morning my symptoms began. Doctor Aronbayev was certainly sensitive to my particular situation, and the attendant who helped prep me for the doctor was both professional and knowledgable. I felt the same about the doctor when being asked a series of questions.

I was able to find an early appointment for Saturday and had to wait at least an hour before seeing the doctor which I expected because there are other people before me. But when I saw the doctor or the doctor was patient and kind and listen to my concerns I feel definitely better than I did before when I went to a different Urgent Care where the doctor on duty did not even prescribe me any medication.
