Staff and doctor Steer were absolutely amazing. I made an appt and forgot to fill out the paperwork which didn’t schedule my appointment in their system. They still saw me at the time I wanted scheduled and remained kind and professional. This is a top tier office and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

Fantastic experience!! He took extra time to make sure my prescription was perfect! I really felt taken care of and I left with a trial pair of contacts that feel better than any I’ve had prior, and I’m seeing better than I have in a long time. Very impressed. Highly recommend.

Dr. Steer is a wonderful optician. I was seen super quickly and he took the time to answer any questions I had. The office itself was a little hard to find, but that’s only because it’s easily confused with LensCrafters (which it’s right next to). What really stuck out to me was what an extensive contact selection they had. He had trial contacts for my prescription in stock, something no optician I’ve seen has ever carried because of the high amount of astigmatism I have. Would definitely recommend.

Nice people at the office, but the doctor was not there. They thought I came to the wrong office at first, but it was the doctor who was absent. Luckily the front desk woman was very kind and the other doctor squeezed me in.

I had an eye emergency on a Sunday. I immediately booked through zocdoc and was sooo happy to find Dr. Dawn Williams. Dr. Williams is an exceptional eye doctor! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and well cared for. Dr. Williams was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain my exam and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed, and the entire staff was friendly and very kind. I highly recommend Dr. Williams to anyone looking for an outstanding eye doctor.
