I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with experience working with young adults and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. I also have passions for working with queer/LGBTQIA folks, teaching boundaries, and helping to improve self-esteem. My therapy style is collaborative and patient centered. I use elements from CBT, motivational interviewing, self-compassion, and trauma-informed treatment to help folks identify unhelpful thought patterns.
