Dr. Alexandra Stein is a board-certified, Ivy League-trained orthodontist who earned her dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania and completed her orthodontic residency at Columbia University. She loves helping patients of all ages feel confident in their smiles, from young children who may benefit from early orthodontic intervention starting at age 6 to teens and adults looking to improve their smiles.
Dr. Stein believes great orthodontic care starts with getting to know each patient and understanding their individual needs and goals. She offers a range of treatment options, including clear aligners and traditional braces, and takes a personalized, evidence-based approach to creating healthy, beautiful smiles. Her goal is to make every patient feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout their orthodontic journey.

Dr. Stein saw my 17 year old son for a consultation for an odd issue that was raised by his dentist. She saw us exactly on time and was very helpful. She listened attentively to the issue and our concerns and reviewed the films that we brought with us. She then provided us with all of our options with a detailed explanation of each with their pros/cons. Finally, she offered her opinion on what we should do and why in a very detailed and easy way to understand for us non-dentists. After the appointment, I contacted her with an additional question. She responded with an answer within minutes. We were very impressed and would highly recommend Dr. Stein.
