IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT & INSURANCE INFORMATION – PLEASE READ BEFORE REQUESTING AN APPOINTMENT Steinberger Psychiatry and Wellness, LLC provides both telehealth and in-person psychiatric care for adults in Tennessee. Insurance Notice We are NOT in-network with TennCare, Medicaid, or Medicare plans. Patients with TennCare, Medicaid, or Medicare are not eligible to schedule appointments with this practice through Zocdoc. Appointment Requests & Confirmation Appointments requested through Zocdoc are appointment requests only and are NOT automatically confirmed. Appointments will only be confirmed once the following requirements are completed: • All required intake forms are completed • Insurance information is uploaded, including member ID and a clear photo of the insurance card • A valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or other acceptable identification) is uploaded • The patient responds to communication from the practice if additional information is requested Appointments may be declined or cancelled if these requirements are not completed prior to the visit. Cancellation & No-Show Policy To maintain appointment availability for all patients, a no-show or late cancellation fee may be charged for appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. My experience with Ashley has been great. It was very pleasant to find a time and to get treatment in a timely manner. Typically I'm used to a long back and forth that takes even longer to finally sit down for the first session. Ashley helped me understand things in simple terms that previously was difficult for me to describe. We started a treatment plan after the first session and the flexibility on time and availability for the next sessions have made it very easy for me to want to go back.
