I drove an hour out to the office went to the office no receptionist in the waiting area no pictures on the walls call the number multiple times prior to entering no answer finally got an answer call back the receptionist was extremely rude very cold disgusting angry , luckily I was calling for my fiance that was there for the visit. the receptionist thought I was the one for the visit. Luckily thank God I called. If the receptionist spoke to my fiance instead of me the way she did the cops would have come. That is not the person I would ever want my loved ones or friends to first encounter prior to their session. She would have completely ruined and discharged any hope of getting help or better if she spoke to my fiance or anybody seeking help., and everybody knows just making an appointment is a huge important number one step first step
