Prompt friendly front desk. Minimal wait, less than five minutes, and had plenty of seating in lobby. Taken back to have a quick xray taken with kind helpful male staff. No one was rushing me around (slow walker with cane use) but offer to help me. Then I was physically walked back to the exam room by xray tech. Dr. Sweet came in room within 5 minutes max. He's a very good listener, answered all questions thoroughly and with a smile. Provided options. I actually felt special and cared for and everyone else was treated just as well. Very efficient office! Highly recommend. You could tell the staff enjoyed their jobs. Everyone was exceptionally compitent and pleasant! Very calm environment. Exceeded my expectation.

I arrived the office 15 minutes before my appointment only to find out the appointment had been canceled even though I had been receiving text messages all along including the morning of the appointment. I will not be making another appointment.

I had a great experience with Dr. Sweet! He thoroughly examined my shoulder and discussed the findings on my MRI. He was very knowledgeable and took the time with me to explain all of the options I had available for recovery. He has great social skills and I would highly recommend him to future patients. Dr. Sweet is a patient, respectful, matter-of-fact yet kind, with a good sense of humor. I was TERRIFIED of having a cortisone shot for pain in my shoulder after a very bad experience with my knee several decades earlier. I could not imagine doing this without anesthesia to knock me out, and stayed in agonizing pain for 8 months. I had to make a split-second decision and got the injection. He sprayed me with an intense amount of cold numbing spray and it was a very short needle. All I can say is that IT DID NOT HURT ME!!?? It's been several hours and I'm doing fine. I am very grateful, and hope this helps anyone who is frightened of this procedure.

Wait time was as I expected. The front desk receptionist was not as personable as she could’ve been and in fact was borderline rude to an older woman while I was waiting. X-ray tech was nice and Dr Street was very pleasant and informative.

Dr. Sweet was thorough and communicative. The office was freezing cold and terribly uncomfortable. I had to wait in the cold exam room for more than fifteen minutes before being seen.

It was okay. I didn't feel he really gave me much time. I mentioned that I thought my knees might be causing additional hip pain, he agreed, but did not check them. He mentioned that there were only 2 views of my hip, and that usually he would see several additional views, but there was no mention of obtaining them. I felt hurried. In his defense, the office was very busy and he was running very late. Not sure how I feel about returning.

Grateful I went to Dr. Sweet for the issue with my shoulder. He was informative and descriptive in regards to my injury. Happy to say other than a couple little scars. Healed and no longer have the discomfort or pain I had over a year ago.

Front office was a little discombobulated. They mixed up my appointment and said it wasn't for 2 weeks, when I had email confirmation saying otherwise. Lady working desk seemed new, plus the office manager wasn't there who I had been corresponding with, and had my completed forms. Anyway, someone with experience took matters over, and it finally got sorted out. The experience with Dr. Sweet was excellent. Friendly, good bedside manner, but also a straight-shooter, which i appreciate.

I went in for intermittent wrist pain and for more preventative purposes. I would have appreciated a more direct conversation about what steps I could take now to prevent it from getting worse. I got a general recommendation to take Advil. The intention was to rely less on google and get a professional opinion for appropriate (or professionally discouraged) courses of action but the conversation was vague at best, so I'm left with Google. Regardless, this experience will not discourage me from going back if the pain increases. He was an attentative doctor.
