I had intended to try therapy out for a short time but my treatment with her has been so helpful and effective that I have stuck with it long term. She truly cares about her clients, always makes herself available, and will work with your schedule. It is very easy to open up to her, she works at your pace with what you want to explore, respects boundaries for when you are ready, and is non-judgemental.
