Hello, my name is Stephanie and I’m a licensed Clinical Social Worker. My specialty is working with clients struggling with trauma, anxiety and life transitions. I offer a safe environment to help you feel seen and heard and provide a calm space in this busy chaotic world. I’m a psychodynamic trained therapist utilizing trauma informed, evidence-based interventions to help you regain control over your thoughts and emotions. EMDR is an intervention I like to use to help process traumatic memories and transform negative beliefs so you are no longer held captive by your past. I have worked with women and men to find clarity and the confidence needed to make change and achieve their personal goals. In our first session, we will work together to create a treatment plan that meets your needs. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward a greater sense of peace and emotional wellbeing.
