working with stephanie has truly made an impact on my life. She is absolutely amazing & definitely made me change my outlook on negative thoughts. She has also thought me to reframe my thoughts & not to pay attention to the negative ones too much. This lesson has shifted my perspective & made me embrace the good in life. Taking the first step toward improving my mental health was a big decision, and not having a session after following all the proper steps has been devastating. There were no issues on my end—payment was made, and insurance was verified—yet I received no call or follow-up. Mental health is such a critical aspect of life, and poor communication from a professional in this field is unacceptable. To anyone considering this provider, I urge you to save your time, money, and, most importantly, avoid the disappointment.
