If this sounds like you, I would love the chance to work with you. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC, in Texas, and and my passion is working with adults, adolescents and couples. I frequently work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress and couples/relationship issues, utilizing CBT and SFT, as well as Mindfulness techniques, to better serve clients and meet them where they are in their lives.
