From the first session I had with Stephanie, I immediately felt comfortable and respected. She has a calm, reassuring demeanor and provides me a safe space to completely unload and share my worries, concerns and fears. I never really appreciated how much talking with a therapist could help in navigating life's challenges until I met with Stephanie. She provides insightful, helpful recommendations. She validates my concerns and helps me to see things more clearly. I look forward to our weekly sessions and often write things down so that I remember to ask for her guidance in moving forward. I never feel rushed and always feel more hopeful after speaking with her. I would highly recommend her.
