I started seeing Stephen at a point in my life where I was really struggling with anxiety and depression to the point where it was affecting my personal life, work, and general quality of life. I've been working with Stephen for many years now and I'm proud of the person I've become and I don't think I would have gotten here without his help. His calm demeanor was immediately soothing and made me feel safe. Maybe I would have eventually gotten to where I am today on my own, but Stephen is an excellent guide who gave me the tools and confidence I needed to be happy with myself and my life.
