I offer psychoanalytic therapy for creatives and innovators throughout California via secure remote sessions. My work is grounded in Lacanian psychoanalysis and contemplative practice—a combination that addresses both unconscious patterns and embodied awareness.
What distinguishes this approach:
This isn't conventional talk therapy focused on coping strategies or symptom management. I work with people who've tried traditional approaches and found them insufficient—those who sense that something deeper needs to be addressed.
The work explores the unconscious structures that keep you repeating the same patterns: choosing relationships that don't satisfy, building a life that looks successful but feels hollow, achieving goals that leave you empty. Rather than teaching you to manage symptoms, we investigate why you're experiencing them in the first place.
Philosophy:
I believe real change comes from seeing what you haven't been able to see about yourself—not from techniques, affirmations, or optimization strategies. This requires a willingness to confront uncomfortable truths and sit with uncertainty.
The therapeutic relationship itself becomes a space where unconscious patterns reveal themselves. My role is to listen in a way that makes the invisible visible, to ask questions that open rather than foreclose, and to hold space for what's real rather than what's comfortable.
Who this serves:
This work is particularly suited for creative professionals, entrepreneurs, and innovators who feel stuck despite outward success—people ready to prioritize truth over comfort and meaning over achievement.
