Sterling Physical Therapy & Wellness is a multi-faceted entity that services the rehabilitation needs of Sugar Land, Bellaire, Stafford and indirectly services the Houston area at large. Specifically, we specialize in orthopedics and sports medicine, offering: post-operative rehabilitation, sports related injury management, chronic pain management, obesity management, neck and back pain management, preventative services, return-to-work programs, ergonomic assessments, body fat composition measurement/testing, and sports rehabilitation for area schools.
Our core is management of back, knee and shoulder injuries; this is our forte and no one does it better. As licensed physical therapists we are experts in musculoskeletal type injuries, illnesses, and ailments.
NOTE: A Doctors referral is required for treatment by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Please contact your primary care physician or specialists for a prescription.

Dr. Sterling is a very skilled clinician. He is very interested in the success of his patients. Even after he has completed a patient's evaluation, he follows up on the patient's progress. Dr. Vanesa was great! She took her time evaluating my symptoms and answered all my questions.
She is at the Bellaire location, so the clinic is not as crowded during your one on one session. Downside for me is that she is only available at the Bellaire location but, I enjoyed my first PT session. So, I do plan on coming back to this clinic
