While they were extremely nice to me, I did not feel like I was taken seriously. I went in for a heart health consultation and they basically laughed in my face because I’m young. I wanted an echocardiogram done and they did nothing past taking my blood pressure and temperature. I sat around alone in a room for over an hour when there were no other patients. Honestly surprised Zocdoc sent me here when Dr. Brody is mainly a gynecologist and not a cardiologist.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Brody for a few months now & am happy to and highly recommend him. He spends as much time as needed to talk through questions and explain things as needed. He does not make you feel like just a number, but rather an actual person / patient who he wants to help. You may have longer than usual wait times before being seen, but that is because again, he spends the time with his patients that they need to ensure the appointment covers everything they need. It has been easy to book and reschedule appointments online. Pat at the front desk is very helpful as well.

Dr. Brody seemed very knowledgeable, overall I am glad I saw him for his expert opinion. The office was very outdated though, the ultrasound machine looked like it was from decades ago. they still do paper charts and no electronic EMR, only one office staff member who is front desk and MA. not sure about efficiency… He did spend a lot of time with me and I did not feel rush at all, which was reassuring

Excellent provider! I went in for an IUD removal due to pain I was having. I was anxious going into the appointment because a past IUD removal with a different provider was done with very poor bedside manner and resulted in significant pain. This removal was drastically better, despite the IUD being imbedded into the cervical muscle, the removal was don't with less pain!

Arrived 5 minutes before the appointment. Was greeted by no one. After 15 minutes of waiting found a receptionist and asked about wait times. She said about 40 more minutes. It was already 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I clarified that my appointment shouldnve been started. Receptionist said that they were backed up. I asked why it wasn’t communicated that the doctor is running late. Receptionist said she “was busy”. No “I’m sorry”, no interest in remedying of situation at all. Am I just expected to wait for an hour and say nothing? They were disrespectful of my time. If they called me and asked to come a little later the whole situation would’ve been resolved but I guess they are too busy for a 30 second call.

Dr. Brody was awesome! He was personable making me very comfortable and extremely knowledgeable. He takes a wholesome approach considering all other health factors, meaning that he didn't only care about "fixing" my problem but making sure my overall health was good. I plan on seeing him as needed.

I had a great experience with Dr Brody and his staff. I waited a bit longer than usual to be seen, but had plenty of time to sit with him and ask questions and felt like I was truly being heard as a patient. He asked a lot of questions to better understand my medical history as I was a new patient. I did not feel like just another person in the system. Well worth the wait time to be seen. I would recommend my friends and family to come here anytime.
