Steven Lecce
As a trauma healing therapist, I help clients heal from shame, fear, and confusion to develop a better relationship with themselves and with others. Trained in EMDR and IFS therapy, I support individuals in managing trauma symptoms, including Complex PTSD. I employ mindfulness to teach self-regulation of emotions and to cultivate intimacy with oneself.
