Stillwaters Assessment & Neuropsychological Services is a private-pay Florida specialty practice offering neuropsychological and psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Please note that Stillwaters is not currently in-network with insurance. Evaluation fees generally range from approximately $1,500–$2,500, depending on the type, scope, and complexity of the evaluation recommended. Superbills can be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan’s benefits. Private-pay care allows for a more individualized, comprehensive evaluation process that is guided by clinical need rather than insurance authorization requirements. This often allows for greater flexibility in the testing plan, more time for careful diagnostic clarification, and a detailed written report with practical recommendations. For convenience, many evaluations can be completed fully through secure telehealth for clients located anywhere in Florida. This allows clients to complete the intake, testing when appropriate, and feedback appointment from home, without the need for travel, while still receiving a thorough and personalized evaluation experience. In-person or hybrid testing may also be available when clinically appropriate. The first appointment is an intake appointment. During this visit, we review your concerns, history, and goals for the evaluation, then discuss the recommended testing plan and evaluation fee before moving forward. Because we are a private-pay evaluation practice, we encourage prospective clients to review our services, fees, and evaluation process before booking to make sure Stillwaters is the right fit. We evaluate concerns related to ADHD, autism, learning differences, mood and anxiety, psychotic symptoms or thought disturbance, memory, executive functioning, and cognitive changes related to medical or neurological conditions.
