I have worked with Meredith for over 7 years and she is truly the best. What I love the most about her is that she is highly adaptable and willing to work based on your needs. Sometimes I need a little more coaching, sometimes I need to talk to get to know myself and come up with my own solutions, sometimes I need a walk or to make a plan, and sometimes I am looking for tools/guidance based on her expertise. Meredith has always been able to flex. I’ve never had a topic too sensitive for her and she handles everything professionally. After all of these years, I truly feel that she is “my biggest fan” in the most professional way which enables me to be completely transparent with her and more importantly myself and continuously grow through my life experiences.
