Dr. Ivey reviewed my newest issues, listened to my accounts, gave feedback and treatment options, and prescribed some new medication for a couple older problems. She was both professional and warm, and I will definitely return for an annual health screening later this summer.

Even though the doctor seem friendly but nonsense
One appointment I was a 10 min late but they didn’t let me see the doctor
Other time they change my appointment to virtual appointment without me knowing
The doctor said after my blood work she would flow up and give me stuff or if needed to call me in but I didn’t receive anything from her nothing at all. Now also i haven’t been able to see her
Since shifting to USA she is my first doctor I went to so disappointed

The office felt like something out of a fitness commercial. Supplements lined the walls. Tried to call the staff for help finishing the office, no one picked up. But when I got in the office their was staff galore at the front desk chatting. Very unprofessional

Just got a weird vibe from the staff and doctor. Half of the staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Front desk was very nice and helpful. But when I was taken to the back to do vitals and go over my medical history, the girl who did it acted like she didn’t want to be there and kept looking at me like she was annoyed.
The doctor came in and also acted like he didn’t want to be there. He gave his welcome speech like he’s tired of saying it and didn’t even look at me. It was like he was just doing it because he had to. Then he asked about my medications and started complaining and judging me for the medication I was prescribed, attacking me. I tried to defend myself and he’d cut me off. It made me feel terrible.
I haven’t had a PCP in like 10 years and wanted to get my health back in order and getting this type of care made me feel terrible. The person who gave me my flu shot and did my blood work were super friendly and amazing.
