The wait time is too long. The place was crowded and tight. Many patients coming in. Seeing two patients in the same room elbow to elbow at the same time without any partition . Not healthy!
However, front desk employee and x-ray technician very nice!

Super clean and stylish inside.
I found the front desk woman to be the most unpleasant, looked like she hated being there and gave really short responses to what I was saying. Maybe she was just having a bad day? Not sure.
Jasmin the coordinator was by far the most pleasant and kind in the building. She helped walk me through the doctor’s suggestions and was very clear.
Dr. V was clear, efficient, and informative.
I got a scan in another room and kind of felt like the person doing the scanning didn’t really acknowledge that I was there. She didn’t explain what she was doing or why. A lot of the staff in the open space chatted to each other (including the person putting a device in my mouth). Felt a little uncomfortable and awkward about that.
But overall had a positive experience and looking forward to coming back.

Appointment was fine. They should secure their wires if they don’t want patients to trip over them, however.
