I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and clinical supervisor with 20+ years of experience in mental health. In private practice, I help adults uncover their strengths, heal old wounds, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and active — blending deep listening with reflection, honest feedback, and even moments of laughter to make growth feel both meaningful and sustainable. Beyond my clinical work, I’ve led teams, supervised interns, and developed CEU-eligible trainings and programs. Today, I combine that leadership experience with a thriving private practice, mentoring associate therapists in NY, NJ, and CT, and guiding professionals who want to grow in both skill and purpose.
