I feel like I received 20 years of expertise in a 60 minute appointment. She didn’t want to “fix” my issue but instead wanted to make sure my issue never appeared again. I was amazed at how well she could diagnosis my concerns without judgement. She gave her recommendations, but knew I couldn’t follow them, so gave me some more to fit my active lifestyle. She’s definitely a “player’s coach” and adapts based on who she is with.

Dr. Urukalo spent so much time with me. She thoroughly discussed my condition and all options, and she really listened to me. She made sure all my questions were answered. I was treated like her good friend and not just a patient.

Just the right doctor to entrust your health and care to. She is a wonderful doctor. Very compassionte and caring. I owe it to her for seeing me through the aftermath of a broken foot that was not treated properly by another doctor. She immediately indetified the issue and gave me the right care, advice and direction on what to do next. And went above and beyond looking and doing the leg work for me in helping me by finding the right professionals in my area since I was and still am having video visits with her. I completely and whole heartedly trust her judgement and sharp knowledge and quite frankly her wisdom. She, before tests were even done had guessed what was wrong with my foot due to her experience.The tests just confirmed what she already knew.

The staff was very friendly. The wait was minimal. Dr Urukalo was very knowledgeable and friendly, personable, entertaining. She had three interns in the appointment staring at my toe, which was quite entertaining.

I have had a persistent nail issue that most doctors barely acknowledged that eventually led to a worsening condition. Dr. Ana Urukalo from the get go listened without judgement and made me feel really comfortable. She also was VERY knowledgeable and quickly identified my issue and explained everything so I could understand the ailment, the treatment options, and the expectations of recovery. We scheduled a follow up quickly so we can tackle this right away.

She just gave me new hope and the right treatment for an ongoing condition that had deteriorate for lack of proper instructions and care of the physician I was seeing in person in my town. I booked a televisit with Dr. Urukalo who gave me hope to fix my broken foot properly even though as she said , ' I was behind schedule with the healing process ' due to lack of knowledge in treatment my foot and empathy from the physician who I first saw.
45 days after I broke my foot, the swelling would not go away and it deeply concerned me because my foot even change color. In just one visit she gave me the right advice and on the same dayy Condition improved greatly and I am on the right path to healing !
