The office is beautiful and clean, the front desk staff is very friendly and pleasant. I was seen right away at the time of my appointment. Dr. Tiffany listens very well, asks insightful questions and provides clear explanations of diagnoses and treatment plans. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I had persistent neck pain and stiff neck, and I found Dr. Grimes through ZocDoc— I am SO lucky I did!!
From our first meeting, she was on time for my appointment, and really took the time and attention to listen to what my issues were, and come up with treatments that would help address my concerns. I have been to chiropractors that feel so transactional—- come in, get adjusted, and leave— this is NOT the case with Dr. Grimes. She is attentive, intentional, and also extremely friendly! I felt so comfortable with her immediately.
My neck pain is so much better, and I look forward to my visits with Dr. Grimes.

They are not in network with the insurance company that Zocdoc assured they were. So it becomes a lot of unnecessary paperwork with some additional expense. And the Physical Therapy through them is not covered at all by my insurance company in network or out of network. Which was the primary purpose of me choosing this practice. Incredibly disappointed by the misinformation on Zocdoc
