This office never heard of Zocdoc & told me to delete the app! The office staff, two men, were so rude that when I was trying to ask if the doctor performs cortisone injections, they each refused to answer me and overtalked me loudly so I couldn’t even finish my question! Horrible treatment by ignorant people

I hadn't received any appointment reminders prior to my appointment. I signed in and wanted to ask if they knew I had an appointment as a new patient. They told me to sit down and wait. 20 minutes later the from desk person couldn't find me in the system. I told him I found the doctor via Zocdoc, to which he replied he doesn't know what that is. I asked why the office would be listed there if they have nothing to do with them. He wasn't rude, but he wasn't helpful. He was arguing with someone when I came in. I don't think I'll be rescheduling.

I did not meet with Dr. Stuart Krost but I did meet with a very kind doctor who listened and provided scripts for the tests I wanted.

I never know how to choose a doctor when having to choose online. I am so happy I went with Dr. Krost. He was very kind and knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel like he was trying to get me in and out of the office like most places do. Highly recommend

Dr. Krost and his staff are a pleasure to deal with. No one has a puss on there face when you go in or makes you feel unimportant. He sees a lot of people but it seems to me everyone likes him. I was talking to a nice lady sitting next to me and she also loves Dr. Krost. Great place!
