The experience was well structured. Wait time was not excessive. Explanations and directions provided by the attending podiatrist were helpful and easily understood. Follow-up was discussed and timeframe agreed. Initial pain reduction — via injection and shoe inserts — was and remains effective hours later.

This was the worst experience. I waited for over an hour with many other patients while the doctor met with the same patient. Beyond inefficient and disrespectful. I felt bad for the woman at the front desk who didn’t really know what to do. Don’t go here.
