SublimeU Health & Wellness is an outpatient medical clinic focused on mental health, medical wellness, and whole-person care. Our mission is to help patients feel heard, supported, and empowered while receiving structured, evidence-based treatment tailored to their individual needs. We provide care for adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood changes, stress, burnout, sleep concerns related to mental health, and medication management needs. We understand that mental health does not exist separately from the body. Sleep, stress, nutrition, hormones, metabolism, medical history, lifestyle, and overall wellness can all play a role in how a person feels and functions every day. Because of this, our approach looks at the full picture, not just the symptoms. At SublimeU, we believe quality care starts with listening. During your visit, we take time to understand your concerns, history, current symptoms, medications, lifestyle, and goals. From there, we work with you to create a care plan that is realistic, personalized, and clinically appropriate. Treatment may include mental health evaluation, medication management, lifestyle and wellness guidance, lab review when appropriate, referrals, and ongoing follow-up care. Our clinic takes a responsible approach to prescribing. Medication may be part of treatment when clinically appropriate, but it is never automatic or one-size-fits-all. For ADHD care, patients with a previous diagnosis may be asked to submit supporting documentation, such as neuropsychological testing, prior diagnostic records, or treatment history, before medication management begins. Patients without a previous ADHD diagnosis may begin with an initial consultation, and additional testing may be recommended before medication treatment is considered. This process helps ensure safe, ethical, and clinically responsible care. In addition to mental health services, SublimeU Health & Wellness also supports medical wellness needs, including metabolic health, hormonal health, stress-related symptoms, fatigue, sleep concerns, and whole-body wellness. When clinically appropriate, care may include evaluation of hormonal health and treatment options such as hormone replacement therapy as part of a comprehensive wellness plan. We support both women and men through different stages of life. For women, symptoms related to perimenopause, menopause, hormonal mood changes, sleep disruption, anxiety, fatigue, low motivation, and feeling “not like yourself” deserve to be taken seriously. For men, concerns such as low energy, poor focus, irritability, low motivation, sleep issues, metabolic changes, and hormonal health may also benefit from a thoughtful whole-body evaluation. Our goal is not quick fixes. Our goal is long-term health, stability, and improved quality of life.
